Telecom consultants assists operators and their suppliers in designing new services for business or residential customers through:
evaluation of users' current telecom practices and future requirements based on executive interviews in major user organizations; demand analysis based on historical service take-up in pioneer markets and adjusted for national market conditions with for example breakout by industry served, type and size of location served, and nature of switching, transmission medium, speed and protocol support desired; studies of service substitutability, to assist in realistic assessment of market supply and demand; and studies to evaluate new revenue or savings opportunities from existing facilities and services.
